The official language of the Festival is Croatian.
Registration desk
The registration desk will open half an hour before the start of the program and close half an hour after the end of the program.
Invitation letter
To receive an invitation from the Organizing Committee to participate in the conference, please send a request to the Congress Agency by e-mail: rh.bergaz-atnep@civonats.ajam
Official badges
All registered participants with paid registration fees will receive official congress badges that they are required to wear at all points of the professional and social program of the Festival.
Insurance
The Organizing Committee cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage caused to participants during or after the conference. Participants are invited to organize their own travel and health insurance. By registering for the Festival, the participant accepts this provision.
Evaluation and Certificate of Participation
Participation in the Ultrasound Festival will be scored in accordance with the Regulations of the Croatian Medical Association and the Croatian Chamber of Nurses.
Participants will receive certificates of participation in the workshops in electronic form to their e-mail address.
