Registration fee

Registration fee includes:

• attendance at the Festival’s professional program and sponsoring exhibition,
• materials (program, bag, congress badge),
• welcome cocktail,
• lunch and coffee breaks.

Registration fee for sponsoring staff includes:

• attendance at the sponsoring exhibition,
• materials (program, bag, congress badge),
• welcome cocktail,
• lunch and coffee breaks.

NOTE:

*members of the organizing societies (Croatian Society of Internal Medicine, Croatian Society of Emergency Medicine, Croatian Society of Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine) and members of the Croatian Society of Emergency Medicine Nursing are entitled to a more favorable registration fee.

VAT is included in the price.

cancellation of participation:

Cancellation of participation is possible only in writing to the e-mail address: rh.bergaz-atnepobfsctd-262ed3@civonats.ajam.

Participants who cancel their participation in writing to the Congress Agency by October 5, 2026, may receive a refund of the paid registration fee after the conference, minus 30% of administrative costs.

Participants who wish to cancel their participation after October 5, 2026, will not be able to receive a refund of the paid amount except in the case of extraordinary circumstances that will be considered and approved by the Organizing Committee.

No refund will be made due to non-participation in the conference.
